The Club - Terms and Conditions

  • Points are rewarded on a total personal spend by the card holder on food & beverage at the rate of 10 points per £1 spent
  • The maximum number of points awarded for any one transaction shall not exceed 10,000 points. Functions, business events and special occasion celebrations do not qualify.
  • Redemptions not to be taken in conjunction with any other special offer
  • Members agree to receive email communication from the hotel about forthcoming events & offers, but (a) you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link on the bottom of each email, and (b) we promise never to pass on your email address or any other details to any other 3rd party outside the Hillbrooke Hotels group.
  • All redemption offers are subject to availability of the prize at the time of redemption - and we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
  • Lost or stolen cards will be replaced, but the points accumulated on them won't be
  • Cards and their accumulated points are not transferable to another person or another person's card
  • Prizes will only be awarded in exchange for the full number of points quoted – partial redemptions using part points and part cash will not be accepted
  • Hillbrooke Hotels reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and the list of rewards without prior notice
  • Points have no cash in value
  • Members must be UK residents

  • Any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions shall be determined by the law of England and the parties agree that any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
